Tokio Hotel WW36 (Yeah! Interview)

This interview was done by "Yeah!"
Juhu! Tokio Hotel are back in Germany! The new single "An deiner Seite (Ich bin da)" is coming to the stores and on 4 November the finally play a concert again for there home fans in Essen. And some other good news: The boys are still single! But who really has a chance with this boys? In Yeah! the boys tell about their love-secrets!

Yeah!: You have many female fans! What kind of flirt techniques do you use?
Tom: When I really like a girl I try to make eye-contact. But in a way that she notices that I want something from her. Then I wait till she makes the first move. When she doesn't I will go and talk to her. It doesn't really matter to me!
Georg: I am more shy and rather have the girl making the first move!
Gustav: When you see the person more often, for instance at the bus stop, then you could greet her once in a while or say: "How are you? How was your day?" It hasn't worked out for me yet, but I still believe in it (laughs)
Bill: I don't really have a technique. But I wouldn't go strutting after her. I would just offer her a drink.

Yeah!: Do you also have an opening line?
Gustav: I don't use those! Something like: "Your father is a thief: He has stolen the stars from the sky and put them into your eyes!" that is just wrong!
Bill: Girls don't like that. Saying something from the heart is way better!

Room 483 Tour – Disasters & Mishaps

Tom: Oh my god, there are millions of things…I don't even know where to start.

Bill: Well, I do :-) During one concert Tom's guitar wouldn't work. I almost had a heart attack when I realized what was happening. However, when the show was over, and for many days after, we had such a great time making fun of Tom.

Georg: One shocking moment was definitely when one of our cameramen fell off the stage from the very top where Gustav was sitting. He looked quite scary when we saw him after the show because he had a big cut on his chin - but he made it and now everything is back to normal.

Tom: Oh man, listen to this story - it's a little disgusting but here it is: right when the camera captured a close-up shot of me a condom flew on stage but it was not in its package anymore and can you guess where it landed? Yes, obviously on my guitar and it got totally stuck there – it was really nasty! The problem was that I couldn't stop playing so I had to kind of shake it while playing to get the sticky thing of my guitar. Luckily it fell off at some point but of course the whole drama had to be captured by the camera!
