Bill's date for his operation has been pushed back due to taking 2 pain killers for a headache 2 days ago!
"BERLIN - The vocal cord operation of Tokio Hotel singer Bill Kaulitz was rescheduled for safety's sake. The "Bild" reports newspaper in its Wednesday edition newpaper, the doctors decided on the postponement because the 18-year-old had taken aspirin. The blood-thinning effect of the medicine would have to be over first of all because it could otherwise cause complications in the operation.
On Tuesday it became well known that Bill Kaulitz suffers from a cyst on his vocal cords, that must be treated surgically. Therefore, the European tour was postponed on short notice. After the operation, Bill should spend several weeks rehabilitating in order to avoid long-term health damages."
David Jost:
"He's staying in bed and is taking meds which calm his vocal chords. The doctors can't perform the surgery at the moment because he took some aspirin a couple of days ago because he had a headache. It is a blood-thinning med and has to be out of his system. Elsewise the surgery could be affected in a bad way."
