Tokio Hotel WW46 (Room 483)

"IN ROOM 483"
We love them or we hate them, but no one remains indifferent in front of the phenomenon, that is Tokio Hotel. Coping with the rumors and the pressure, the four Germans walk the road of success. After a first series of concerts, they are returning again, to play in full auditoriums. Hot declarations come from their hotel room!

THE DREAM:
Bill: When our producers announced that we were going to do a European tour, for me it was hard to believe. Today, it's like I'm living in a dream.
Tom: The atmosphere is awesome. We form a huge team with the technicians and it's funny to see how everyone has their own precise place and how everything works perfectly.
Georg: Besides, we still haven't had real technical problems, except when Bill was blown out (sick). One time, Tom's guitar broke down, but the public reacted positively. It's so cool!
Gustav: What reassures me is that we have not settled into a routine. Since we always play songs in the same order, I was worried that I was going to get bored at the end of the two concerts. But, every night, it's different. The public, the atmosphere, everything changes. What doesn't change is that all the fans sing all of the songs with Bill!

JUST LIKE HOME:
Tom: I love the tour bus! There are big beds with DVD players. We feel really at home.
Bill: "We can lie in our beds and close the curtains (to be alone). Otherwise, we meet up in a little living room and we talk for hours...

WITH THE ACCENT!:
Bill: You know what I like about the French fans? It's when they speak German with that cute little accent (Aw, I hope I have that :P ). But it'll be better if I hush up... Because it seems that our English fans say the same thing about me when I speak English. (haha, totally, so adorable!)
Tom: We have to say that we had a really bad English teacher.

MAKING OF:
Bill: The idea behind '1000 Meere' is to travel 1000 seas in 24 hours. The director decided to make us ride in ghost train. And of course, many things happen to us during the ride.
Tom: Yeah, like falling from the train for example! I fell and I was covered in dust! So, imagine Gustav's state when they filmed his action scene."
Gustav: No, no, no problem for me, I was trained by Tom Cruise...

IT'S GOING BETTER:
Bill: I had the worst sickness of my life on tour, and I was mortified. But I'm doing a lot better! I swallowed so many pills and tea that I'm cured for the next ten years. But what really made me feel better was the fan-mail. Because you have to admit, at times, with all this pressure and the rhythm of it all, it's a hard life. There are some mornings where I dream about staying in bed. Thank goodness the fans are their to give us a boost! (aw, so sweet)

IT BLOWS:
Bill: Of course we argue! When we're together 24/7, it's normal that we argue. We all need some private time. But I think that the most excited people are Tom and I. When things blow up between us, it can get pretty loud!

Tom: Yeah...And in those cases it's not a good idea to get between us. Luckily, the other two (Gustav and Georg) are used to it. They don't get into it.

SNEAK PREVIEW:
Bill: I've started writing some lyrics for our next album. I wanted to talk about the moment in a relationship when both people know it's over, but don't want to break up. It's a funny feeling, when you hold on to all you've lived through with someone all while knowing that you're not meant to stay together. And then after, there's that feeling of liberation when the break up comes along.

SHOWING OFF:
Bill: I'm disgusted! Tom just got his driver's license, and I'm the only one in the band who can't drive.

Georg: And on top of that, he bought himself a huge Cadillac!

Tom: Well while waiting to get it I had to take special courses to maneuver the car. Because it's so huge!"

ON THE ROAD:
Bill: When I want to relax, I plug into my mp3 player and listen to Green Day or Coldplay at full volume. (same here, cept not those bands)

Georg: I'm mostly listening to Oasis right now.

Gustav: And I'm listening to the latest Foo Fighters album!

Tom: Until you've listening to 50 Cent's album "Curtis", we're not going to be able to get along. (ew…don’t be silly Tom)

WHAT'S NEW?:

*The latest rumors about Bill are worth their weight in gold! The best ones have to be: he became a dad (haha, that would be with me), he and Tom removed their wisdom teeth at the same time, he takes pills and such to put on weight (ew), he made up his sickness so that he could cancel two concerts in October and film 1000 Meere (haha, ridiculous).
And, of course, he's become big-headed. (His success went to his head)
* If you want to see them in concert, hurry! The tickets for Paris flew away, literally. As soon as they went on sale, more than 7000 tickets were sold in 50 minutes! The next day the 34 000 places found their buyers.
*This year, they'll be at the NJR Music Awards on January 26th *. But, this time, they've been nominated for the category of Best International Band/Duo, competing against 50 Cent, Justin Timberlake, Linkin Park, Diddy, K. Cole, and Maroon 5.
