Tokio Hotel WW15 (The Twins)

They find it cool being twins.
Tom: I cannot imagine a life without Bill. We have been stuck together since we wore diapers. I think it’s very cool to have a twin brother, it’s very nice, to have someone that you’re really close to.

They have the same dreams.
Bill: Sometimes, in the morning, when we tell each other our dreams, it happens that we’ve dreamt about the same thing!

Equally connected to each other.
Bill: We are happy and sad at the same time. If one morning, one of us wakes up and is having a good or bad time, the other feels the same thing…

Already since they’ were infants, they were different.
Tom: Ever since we were little, our mother would make us dress differently from each other. And when we started going to school we wanted to wear different clothes. At the age of 8, we developed into really different directions.

The made the teachers crazy.
Tom: Since kindergarten, we bothered our teachers. We had shirt on which “Bill” and “Tom” were written on, but we would switch them around. Then, no one knew who we really were and it amused us a lot! But at school we couldn’t anymore, because we were already too different.

At 8 they already had their own styles.
Tom: Since a long time. We always wanted to be distinguished from others, and show that we have our own different personalities.

They want to be distinguished from each other.
Tom: I find it good that we are different. I don’t want to be like Bill and Bill doesn’t want to be like me. I could never present myself, looking like Bill…

They don’t have the same hobbies.
Tom: Bill is more creative, he likes drawing. I do graffiti. The only hobby we have in common, is music.

They have the same best friend.
Tom: Our best friend is called Andreas. We are always together, us three. There isn’t any jealousy or stree. I think Andreas likes to be with us…

They know how the other is doing.
Tom: Once when I was a kid, I was in the car with my father and I knew right away: Something wasn’t right with Bill. Something had happened. I convinced my father to call home, and I was right. Bill was just on the way to the hospital because he was allergic to mosquito bites and he had gotten bit. So we returned immediately home.

They can read each other’s thoughts.
Bill: Tom often says exactly what I wanted to say. And if I look at him, I know also what he is thinking.
Tom: We know exactly what each other will say next. We don’t need to express ourselves to each other.

No one is closer to them, than they are to each other.
Bill: I am more close to Tom than to my mother. Naturally she is very important for us, but something particular links Tom and I together.

They are stronger together.
Tom : Both of us are very strong and we don’t let people take advantage of us. But together, we are invincible.

They want to live together.
Tom: If we move one day away from home, we want to live together. I cannot imagine not living with Bill.

Gustav and Georg must suffer.
Bill: It is often hard for Gustav and Georg to understand when Tom and I are discussing together. But we don’t’ let that distance us four. They’ve known us since a very long time.

Only death can separated them.
Tom: Without Bill, I would feel completely alone. The only thing that can separate us is death…

Tom is more persevering.
Bill: Everytime I wanted to learn how to play an instrument, it was too hard and I gave up the next day. Tom exerts himself.

Tom can also sing.
Bill: Tom has a good voice and he sings simply and shyly. But I am already the best singer...

They like fast-food.
Tom: Bill and I eat fast food. We adore fastfood, pizza, Milkshakes...but we don't eat stuff we don't know about.

Bill is better at school.
Bill: This year, I had an average grade of 1.9 (I think 1 is the best for German schools), and Tom had 2.2. Last year, it was the same! We like subjects like art. German is okay, but sport, math, and physics, we hate.

Naked, they are the same.
Bill: On the Exterior we are exactly the same! If we had to shave our heads and take off our clothes, we would be identical!

Tom is not so cool.
Bill: I am more sensitive than tom, I always think about everything. But Tom is not as cool as you think, and it happens sometimes that he asks some questions...

Bill talks the most.
Bill: Both of us talk a lot and very fast. But I am the most talkative. Also, Tom's voice is deeper.

They fight together.
Bill: Thankfully we agree on lots of things most of the time, this way we don't explode as much. But if we don't agree, we beat each other too. And if someone tries to separate us while we're fighting, then we fight together against them!

The teachers must suffer.
Bill: We were in different classes because it was almost impossible to serparte us if we talked together. Now, we have the same subjects in which we are together against the teachers...

The public prefers Bill.
Bill: As a frontman and leader of the group, I receive the most fan letters. But Tom also receives a lot too!

Tom has more sex.
Bill: I have longer relationships than Tom. I feel bad for the girls whose hearts are broken because of my brother. I have had, of course, already certain girlfriends, but I have not had as much sex as Tom.

They don't share everything.
Tom: We don't share our girlfriends and our clothes! I could never wear one of Bill's pants, otherwise I would feel wrong. Bill wears much tighter pants than me. And our underclothes can also be distinguished easily.

Bill doesn't know how to manage his money.
Bill: I often buy simply lots of pants. Then, at the end of the month, I don't always have money, contrary to Tom. He thinks a lot on the way he uses his money.

Tom sleep longer.
Bill: With the make-up, my hair, and my fingernails, I need two hours to prepare myself in the morning. Tom can sleep an hour longer.
